Maurice C Horn, fransk-amerikansk författare och seriehistoriker, född 28 juni 1931 i Frankrike, död 30 december 2022 i USA.
Horn skrev ett 20-tal böcker om serier. Han var en av arrangörerna till utställningen "Bande Dessinee et Figuration Narrative" på Louvren i Paris 1967.
