France as one of the world’s capital of comics culture will be the special guest of the festival this year. We are organizing the wide range of exhibitions, workshops and meeting in order to provide the impression of the French 9th art. The realization of project is held in the collaboration with the biggest European comics convent – the Angouleme Comics Festival. | |||
Moreover in the course of festival the comics competition primary targeting young authors is organized form March to August. Theme of the competition is “HERO” (term of participation) The winner of last year challenge was Julia Grigorieva. This year her personal exhibition will take place during Boomfest. | |||
