DC Animated Universe (DCAU) refererar till ett flertal animerade tv-serier som baserades på DC:s universum och sändes från 1992 till 2006. Samtliga dessa serier utspelar sig i samma kontinuitet, som även kom att inkludera animerade långfilmer, webserier, datorspel, och tecknade serier.
Den ursprungliga tv-serien, "Batman: The Animated Series", skapades av Bruce Timm och Eric Radomski.
Bland de mer framträdande figurer som skapades för DCAU märks Harley Quinn, Renee Montoya, och Terry McGinnis, som sedermera kommit att bli viktig figurer också i DC:s huvudsakliga universum.
