Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe är en faktatidning med profiler på superhjältar och skurkar från DC:s universum som utkommit i flera omgångar med början 1985. Denna titel kan sägas vara DC:s svar på The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe från konkurrenten Marvel Comics.
Varje profil bestod av en pinup på seriefiguren, text med bakgrundsinformation om figuren och dess förmågor samt i förekommande fall även illustrationer med figuren i aktion.
